Staff was CUSTOMER-FACING, overall experience was perfect. Got cool enough, surprisingly large room with a good bed. Fruit, meats, hot waffles, cheese and toast were better than expected.

Everything was superb and impeccably clean, I liked location and staff. Absolutely stunning view of sea. Restaurant in hotel was cheap and the pool area was excellent

100 feet away from the hotel there is Mi pueblo, which is a good dining choice. Property was very clean. We greatly enjoyed staying at hyannis inn;))

Near a ferry port, you can easily travel around Hyannis. Hotel had a pool.
